Christmas 2009

Merry Christmas!! We had a great time here in Mississippi. It was so much fun to have Aubrey around. She's able to sit up and had a good time "opening" her presents. I think she liked the paper a little more than the gifts inside, but now she loves playing with all her new toys!

"Daddy, what's that in your hand?" Aubrey discovered the video camera.

"If You Give a Moose a Muffin". She's reading already! Must take after mom.

Sooooooo tired....and a little overwhelmed with all the new stuff.

Priceless picture of Aubrey in her Christmas outfit. Forget the frilly dress...pants are what's in. We took her to church in this and one of the little girls told her mom that Aubrey looked like a little British girl. Must be the hat. You can't really see them, but her shoes are red and black plaid. So cute!

Now that the New Year has come and things are settling down we noticed that Aubrey cut another tooth! Just popped up today, but it explains a lot of the fussiness the last few days. She also has her first ear infection. I can't complain though. She is eight months old and this is the first time she has really been sick. After some antibiotics she is back on her feet (well kinda). Crawling is coming slowly, but one of these days I'm going to turn around and she is going to be gone. Time flies...
